Variety reports that actress Jessica Brown Findlay (Downton Abbey, A Winter's Tale) has landed the female lead in Fox's Frankenstein film scripted by Max Landis (Chroncile, World War Z). James McAvoy (Trance, X-Men Days of Future Past) will star as the good Dr. Frankenstein while Daniel Radcliffe will play Egor. Jessica had also been in the mix for Pirates of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales and previously for a role in Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
